To help ensure you can be seen when you need your annual physical, please schedule your appointment well in advance of your due date. Provider schedules fill up quickly, and annual physicals may be booked a year or more in advance.

You can call our office to schedule or simply book next year’s appointment when you check out from your upcoming annual physical.

Schodack Internal Medicine and Pediatrics is a team of pediatricians, dual trained internists/pediatricians, and physician extenders that care for patients of all ages. From the moment you enter our practice, you will see that we strive to provide a comfortable and supportive environment. As your primary source for medical care, we enjoy getting to know you and your families so we can provide you with the care that you need. From our office design to the quality care you receive, our focus is on you, our patient. Every member of the team is devoted to providing you medical care with skill and compassion.

Our physicians and advanced practice providers (nurse practitioners and physician assistants) work together in teams in order to give you greater access to care. We offer same day sick visits, onsite lab services, and online access to our practice through our patient portal. We welcome new patients, both child and adults, and we accept most major insurances.
